About Me / The Brand

I'm a graphic designer from England. I've been living in the USA for almost two years now, and I noticed the majority of British inspired products feature the Union Jack. Like many other's I'm a fan of the flag but feel there is more to the British identity than this overused icon. Twentypence Clothing is a way for me to express my creativity and share my Britishness with the rest of the world through simple iconic designs.

Our motto is "look good, live better". This really sums up what I want the company to represent. Quality clothing with a sense of social and environmental awareness.

With your help, we can add new designs and products to our brand. Many will have a British influence, such as the Icons Collection. These will be simple representations of things that remind me of Britain.

Twentypence began as an outlet for my creative ideas. Moving forward I wanted the company to be successful for myself and rewarding for others. A portion of sales will be donated directly to deserving local organizations.  

You hear a lot about the bigger, well known charities who have large campaign budgets and exposure. As a small business I want to help the smaller charities that need support and promotion. We will feature them on our site and make it clear that with making a purchase you will be supporting a worthy cause.

The Details

All our t-shirts are 100% cotton slim fit American Apparel tees and are screen printed using eco-friendly inks. I decided to use water based inks and discharge printing as it gives a much softer, long lasting print and adds to the quality of our clothing.

For now, we will be stocking Men's sizes S, M, L and XL and Women's sizes S, M and L. You will be contacted if (fingers crossed) we're successful for your size requirements.
