No real updates. Sorry. It's not because of the holidays either. It's because all the stuff we are doing is REALLY boring behind the scenes stuff. Y'know, like talking to the site designer and our accountant. See what I mean? Are you still awake?
For those who are, the website should be up in a week or so and then we'll have actual fun stuff to update you on.
Until then, I thought I tell you my 'fantasy cast' for the project if it does ever get made into a movie. But then...
< joking >
...I thought, with a name like 'Santa vs Dracula' , this is obviously going to be this generation's 'Gone with the Wind'. It screams Oscar caliber. Obviously a-list Hollywood would be all over itself trying to get into this. That said, instead of fantasy casting it, I'll tell you who I think would win the battles that would be fought to be in 'Santa vs Dracula: The Motion Picture' :
First the director...Martin Scorsese (after 'Hugo', I can see it)
Santa Claus - Sir Anthony Hopkins (This is 100% a 'Sir' type of movie)
Mrs. Claus - Halle Berry
Jack Frost - Daniel Radcliffe
The Christmas Angel - Charlize Theron
Lead Reindeer - Morgan Freeman (voice)
Snowman - James Earl Jones (voice)
Sgt Nick Frosty - Robert DeNiro
Yeti - Leonardo Dicaprio (Highest paid actor in Hollywood + Grunting noises = Magic!)
Dracula - Daniel Day Lewis (Although, I'm afraid he might actually try to come back from the dead to prepare for the role. What can I say? The man's a pro.)
Frankenstien - Mickey Rourke
Mr. Hyde - Jack Nicholson
The Hunchback - Dustin Hoffman
The Wolfman - Tom Cruise
Wicked Witch of the West - Meryl Streep
Invisible Man - Patrick Stewart (voice)
Brides of Dracula: Emma Stone, Anne Hathaway, and Rachel McAdams
Again, this isn't my dream cast, but what can I do? This project is award-bait. Hollywood, y'know?
:D :D :D
Anyway...Updates to follow!
