Meeting of Important People is an indie rock-and-roll-type band from Pittsburgh, PA. These fellas released their debut album in 2009 on the Authentik label, starred in a music video featuring themselves in a cardboard city, recorded with Brian Deck (Modest Mouse, Iron & Wine), traveled extensively, shared the stage with many nice artists like OK Go and Dean & Britta, and had their songs featured in some of your favorite films and television shows (Jersey Shore, Keeping Up With The Kardashians).
MOIP keeps the loud parts loud, the pretty parts pretty, and the people happy.
