Think this is a marvelous idea using creative skills to help those damaged by life. London may be boring, but guess we have a lot of youngsters who need help here too. Any chance of replicating? Sandra R

Miriam Wells

Connected as Miriam Wells

A professional visual artist who works in all mediums. Inspired by sculptures he built for a Bat For Lashes music video, a year ago Leonard created the ROBOTS>>>> project.

An artist collective consisting of a central core of designers and a peripheral team of dedicated and multitalented artists and craftspeople, its aim is to shine a new light on public art, in the form of an interplanetary invasion of giant friendly robots.

The site-specific sculptures are made from recycled wood and metal and can be installed almost anywhere. They meld and interact with their environment and encourage a sense of play in their audience.

Art enabled Leonard to come from a difficult place to achieve great things. He wants ROBOTS>>>> to help inspire others do the same.
