Hi, I'm Chris of Philagape Productions. And this summer, we need your help!

This August we will be writing, shooting and editing a complete, creative short film in a 21-day period that will screen at the Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival in September.  Over the last several years, Philagape has succeeded in producing some amazing, award-winning films, including "Destiny", "Between The Lines: The Rise and Fall of Tobias", and "The Ruby Runs Red."

This year is of particular interest because, for the first time in Philagape's history, we will be working with original cast member from the indie cult film "Clerks," Scott Schiaffo (Chewlie's Gum Guy). As some may know, "Clerks" was the reason I got into filmmaking in the first place, which makes the success of this project very personal and dear to my heart. Please help our dream come true!

Our goal is $3,000. This money will be used to:

• Hire cast/crew for pre-production, filming and post-production
• Rent equipment
• Rent locations
• Build our sets/costumes
• Feed our team for the duration of the shoot
