Election Day (by Josh Tobiessen) is an MFA Thesis project directed by SCAD Graduate Student Ryan Long, starring David Bahgat, Halley Daigle, Evan Goetz, Tyler Prinz, and Karen Thorla. The show is produced by Chandler Taylor and features Meghan Zern as Stage Manager.

Performances are October 18-20 at 8pm at the Vineyard Church Multi-Purpose Space (1020 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA 31401). Admission is free.

Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter

This show will be performed in "found space," or a space that is not designed for theater use. It is being staged in a former clothing boutique that is now an office space. Therefore, we have some unique lighting and set design challenges. It is also a completely student-run and student-funded production. I am interested in using found space in the future as a way to stage low-budget theater, so I am excited to tackle these challenges and find ways to be creative with a small budget.
