About this project
We want to bring the sexy side of knitting to the world--but we need your help. We've got the models, we've got the ideas, we're ready to bring you a calendar full of amazing knitters looking their pinup best. But printing a calendar? Turns out, it's not so cheap. That's why we need your help.
Who are you and what is this again? We're a group of knitters who decided to show the world that knitting can be sexy! We're all real knitters and real people in all shapes and sizes. Whatever you like, we're got a pinup for you! In addition to all the lovely models taking part, the calendar is being produced by myself and the Gray Lady Artist Collective.
Why should I support this? By funding this project, you'll enable us to publish our first run of the Off the Needles knitting pinup calendar. We've already lined up some fantastic knitters--even a few you may have heard of before! We'll shoot the calendar this summer, and be ready to go to press in early fall. Just in time for all your Christmas shopping! (Not that we're hinting or anything. But this would make a great gift.)
So what's in it for me? If you back the project, we'll be sure to keep you up to date on our progress with blogs, interviews with the pinups, behind the scene glimpses of our photoshoots, even sneak peeks at the photos!
