USC based Indie Rock band wants to make their first professional recording!
Hi!
We are Bear Attack. We're a 5-piece Indie Rock band from USC's Thornton School of Music. Our sound has been described as reminiscent of Radiohead, The Swell Season, and Sufjan Stevens. We're recording our debut EP this November, and we need your help to make this happen!
This is our first professional recording endeavor and we really want to make it rockin'. Unfortunately, the recording and production process can be quite spend-y - so this is where you come in. We need help funding studio time, mixing, mastering, artwork, and CD manufacturing. By donating your time and money, you'll be helping us produce an EP we can be proud of, and you can enjoy! As a thank you for your donations, we have a bunch of cool gifts to give out according to how much you are willing to give to us.
Kickstarter is an awesome forum in which to fund independent artistic projects; however, they are also an all-or-nothing deal - meaning that if we don't achieve our goal by November 9th, 2011 - we don't get any of the donations (in which case, of course, if you've donated you would not be charged). So we'd really appreciate if you would help us to take this important first step in our career - and spread the word!
