The Story
Freddy Teddy, the hottest Christmas toy of the season, is over a million sold...but only one could kill. After an ancient, demented soul inherits one of the Freddy Teddy's, it's panic, fear, and uncertainty across Los Angeles. A trio of unlikely heroes are not only destined to discover it's unusual suspect...but to save the world.
Not a Camel Productions
Not a Camel Productions has done several short films over the years (most worse than others). With two feature films under our belt, this film in many ways feels like our thesis...or just hopefully the third time's the charm type of thing. Our first feature film, Good Guys Finish Last (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1381582/), was the ultimate low-budget film. Costing us merely $5K, it was literally our film school. We took what we learned from Good Guys, and dumped a bunch of credit cards on our second feature film, The Victorville Massacre (www.victorvillemassacre.com). The overall quality across the board is evident between the two (with only $12K spent total), and Victorville was fortunate enough to win the Audience Award at the Big Bear Horro-Fi Film Festival as will as get picked up for distribution both domestically and internationally. It's been truly a fun ride, and we believe with our previous experience we will put together a really special film with unBearable.
unBearable and YOU
UnBearable is an ambitious project. We still believe in our ultra low-budget approach. $20K is nothing in the film industry, however, we ourselves can not afford to put it together (unlike the previous two). Your money will go to the production of the project: crew, equipment, locations, craft services, etc. We have a small team we consider to be family. With your donation, we will be able to shoot this project consecutively and not every other weekend one of us can scrap enough money to shoot (something we couldn't accomplish previously). We hope our previous work and little "teaser" of this project are enough to carry its own weight. If you donate to the project, rest assured you will get a quality product from quality people.
