About this project

Touring as an indie artist means driving long hours in a packed-to-the-gills car all by yourself, wrong turns and unexpected detours due to crappy Mapquest directions, little to no pay, the glamorous job of loading, setting up, tearing down, and unloading your (super heavy, bulky) gear, playing music for anyone who will listen, eating cheap food that's really bad for you (shame on you, Sonic Cheddar Peppers!), and crashing on friends' futons, or sleeping in places too shady to mention (shhh... don't tell my mother!).

I know, it sounds soooo enticing, right? So why do we do it? Well, for me, not only is it a labor of love, but I'm driven by the relentless need to get my songs heard by as many people as possible. If I can reach out to just ONE PERSON at a live show; if just ONE PERSON relates to my music and is touched, inspired, or moved by my songs, well... then it makes it all worthwhile.

I've released a couple of records on my own already, but I need to get behind my latest release to give it the push it deserves. I'm booking a Fall Tour but need YOUR help to make it happen. Touring can get really expensive when you add up the costs of fuel, lodging, food, and parking... not to mention the publicity and promotion required to make each show a successful one (read: so that the venue won't kick me to the curb for wasting their space).
