Dog Scratchin' Is Gettin' Closer!
As of right now, today, we are 80% funded with 41 backers and 23 days to go. We feel pretty confident that this project is going to fund. But I try to never assume anything. We still need your help to get the word out to everyone you know who may be interested. Any amount will help us reach the goal. Really! Even the smallest amount. And especially the largest amounts. I believe in this project. Fay believes in this project, and I am heartened to know that you believe in it as well. Everyday when I see images from various rescue groups, shelters that are overflowing with animals in need of a home, it breaks my heart. But when I hear of the success of the groups in placing one animal, just one, that gives me hope. It really is saving one animal at a time. And it does take all of us to make this good work happen.
So, we thank you all for your support. This is going to be so much great fun! Start gathering your photos and stories. I'll be sending a questionaire and info sometime after the funding closes. Fay and I really do look forward to hearing your stories and putting them and my drawings into this book.
