What is Kymera Keeper?

In Kymera Keeper, players collect and battle with creatures called Kymera. The game features a deep storyline spanning over 150 battle stages and 11 zones.

Players can explore a world with 50 unique Kymera and customize them with over 500 skills and a myriad of items. Over time, we will add even more Kymera to capture, more skills to use, and more content to discover!

We will deliver this game as a free to play experience.

What makes Kymera Keeper so different?

Unlike other recently launched monster battling games, Kymera Keeper has a deep single player storyline and strategic, competitive gameplay. Our transplatform capability allows users to have a synchronized experience on both Facebook and mobile devices.

Let's say a person starts playing Kymera Keeper on Facebook and needs to leave in the middle of an important fight. For those of us who have been gaming for a while, this might be a familiar and troubling scenario. However, with Kymera Keeper 's transplatform capacity, this player can simply quit the game and continue on-the-go with an iOS or Android mobile device.

Naturally, this integration means players can also compete and battle with one another, even across different platforms!

We are gaining recognition on Facebook as well as other sources. Our player base for open beta has grown steadily over the last three months, and Kymera Keeper recently received 1st place in the Internet & Mobile Apps category from the California Program for Entrepreneurship. 

Who is building the game?

Red Seraphim is a startup game development studio comprised of Santa Clara University undergraduate and graduate students.

Several of the team members have worked in the game industry with companies such as Namco Bandai, Electronic Arts, and Trion Worlds. We have assembled talent that includes business, art, and game design.

While the team has a diverse background, we share a common passion in gaming! Collectively, the team has clocked over 50,000 hours of gaming on all genres and platforms. We use this experience daily to set ourselves apart from others in the social gaming sphere.

What progress has been made?

Kymera Keeper is a few months away from release! In fact, you can try the open beta now at https://apps.facebook.com/kymerakeeper!

The game will be available on the Apple App Store and Android Market at launch.

How you can help!

We have most of the game done, but we need your help to polish and take the game to launch. Your pledged funds will help us:

• Cover overhead costs associated with launching the title.
  
• Acquire software licenses to polish art and audio in the game.
• Accelerate work on expanding content.
  

Any extra funds will go toward:

Advertising Keeper: Pledge $1,750 (Limited to 24)

Red Seraphim has created an opportunity for companies and other game studios to advertise on its game website. For $1,750 you and one other pledger’s advertisement will be shown for 30 days on the Kymera Keeper game website front page as well as on the Kymera Keeper message board (http://www.kymerakeeper.com). 

Availability is limited to 2 advertisers per month for a 12 month period. Reserving a month is on a first come first serve basis.
