  My daughter Sierra has a great little story to share about how this album project is already having a positive impact.  But first, I want to share with you a scripture that I stumbled upon the other day.   This album project was on my mind, and at the time, the story that Sierra is about to share with you was also fresh on my mind. here is the scripture:

2 Nephi 33:10 "...and if ye shall believe in Christ ye will believe in these words, for they are the words of Christ, and he hath given them to me, and they teach all men that they should do good."

While I understand the context of this scripture, it really hit me in a different way. I know that all good things come from God, and as we have written these songs, we have prayed, studied the scriptures, and read articles and talks from both church and secular leaders on these topics.  I can testify that without Divine Inspiration, these songs would not be what they are, and may not even exist at all.  Our humble words and music are certainly not scripture, but never-the-less, I have felt His Spirit and inspiration at times working on this project, and these are His messages, not mine.

Hi everybody!

I told a friend about our website (Kickstarter and also www.ofpreciousvalue.com).   She has been sharing it with some of her friends. One of those friends has been making some wrong decisions and having a hard time. She looked through the website and saw what we were doing, saw the video, and listened to the music.  After doing so, her friend felt inspired to seek help and stop making wrong decisions. She said that she realized she didn't need worldly things to make her happy. I am soooooo happy that we can make a difference. Knowing that we can have an impact on one person's life, really motivates me. I am so grateful that I get the chance to be a part of this album and I am so amazed to see the impact of good and uplifting music. It made me realize that this is the kind of thing that I want to do for my whole life.
