Out of Radio Silence and Into the Jak and Poi Podcast
It took us a while, but we're finally prepared to extend our official thank you to all our backers for having helped us reach our funding goal. The campaign had its share of ups and downs, but thanks to your belief in the game and our efforts, we finished strong and even exceeded our goal.

In terms of expressing our heartfelt gratitude, we realize that words can only get us so far. The best way to really thank you guys is to make Jak and Poi as good a game as we can possibly make it.
As such, it goes without saying that we've been hard at work producing the rewards we promised you all. The art work for the cards has been in steady production, and we should be working on the music very soon.
(For those who pledged $75 USD and up, we will be emailing you regarding designing your card, and for those who pledged $150 USD and up we shall be getting in touch with you regarding your paintings.)
Working on the game and the rewards is all well and good, however we wanted to offer you guys something more. We are committed to making the entire Jak and Poi experience - from gameplay to game development - as enjoyable and meaningful an experience as possible, not just for us but for all of you as well. After all, Jak and Poi is YOUR game as much as it is ours.
Those of you who have been following our updates closely would have noticed that we've been trying our best to get a community involved in the development of Jak and Poi. We're not just talking about a community of artists working on the game, we're also talking about a community of fans and would-be designers who are interested in contributing their card ideas for the game.
Communication and interaction will be key if we wish to get this community involved in the development process, as such we're making the following channels available for you should you want to get in touch with us:

These channels are pretty standard and quite pedestrian so we understand if they don't "WOW" you. However, we at the Snickers Chamber are determined to make you feel the commitment and passion we have for making Jak and Poi the best game we can possibly make. The Jak and Poi Podcast!
We're setting up the podcast to be the easiest and most concise way to update fans about anything and everything about Jak and Poi, so that you don't need to keep tabs on every single Facebook wallpost, Twitter tweet or website blogpost.
For the most part, the podcast will be in an audio format, but we will be releasing video podcasts as well, especially when it comes time to demonstrate the game and reveal new cards for the game.
We highly encourage everyone to subscribe to the podcast through iTunes. You can do so by searching Jak and Poi under the iTunes podcasts or simply clicking on this link.
Episode 0 of the podcast is already up and we have a very special announcement towards the end of the show, so be sure not to miss it! Let's just say that we'll be giving select people a sneak preview of the game. :) It's a fairly short podcast for now, so we hope that you can give it a listen.

Hi John,
Apologies, just saw this. Unfortunately, I don't have enough savvy, equipment and internet speed to do it live. :P I hope to eventually. But for now, we're doing it old-school - pre-recorded with a lot of post work after. :)
