Be a part of creating Laura Dunn's first album "Little Plastic Soldiers," an independent, experimental folk record of Bjorkish runaway-melodies and lyrics of dreamscapes and boyswans. I've been making the record with my band, The Ghosts of Xmas Past, Brian Rady (guitar, warbling, percussion), Christian Appel (vocals and arrangement, toy piano) and Harry Einhorn (keys, vocals); as well as Mike Savino (bass), Brigit Kelly Young (vocals), Sarah Baum (accordion), guitarist Monica Metzler, broadway singers Michael Cerveris and Catherine Brookman; and engineer Carlos Fonseca. I've saved enough money to cover the production costs and now we are looking for backers for the cost of mixing, mastering, and printing the CDs. We'd love you to join us in creating this record!
