Update #8: soft opening
We're going to open this weekend, Friday Saturday Sunday 7am-6pm.
(The offerings will be a bit scaled back from what we will be offering once we're settled in a bit more. Pastries, espresso and coffees, teas, afternoon snacks and anything else we can fit into the prep schedule before Friday.)
Update #7: Tote bags have arrived
This white Tyvek tote bag will quickly become your favorite grocery bag. It cleans up nicely with a sponge (though not completely stain resistant) and is super durable.
Pick yours up today if you pledged $100 or more (stop by the bakery and just cross your name off the list when you get your bag)
Thanks again!
Update #5: Linen bread bags are in!
The first edition of Vergennes Laundry Linen Bread Bags are ready to be shipped out this week to Kickstarter backers. Store your loaf of bread, take it on a picnic or pack a lunch in it!

Has not connected their Facebook account.
I graduated from college with an architecture degree, then I apprenticed with a French baker in Vermont, and now I am designing and building a bakery.
Congratulations! I hope that one day I can get up to Vermont to actually have a cuppa and a pastry there.
Best of luck!
We can't wait - want to be among the first to BUY cups of coffee and pastries ... we have lots of competition!
