Great news!

As of today, we have shipped ALL Kickstarter TidyTilts.

We THANK YOU for your encouragement, ideas, pledges and patience that made it possible for us to make TidyTilt a reality.

This journey would not have been as exciting without YOU.  We've experienced changes, glitches, and delays (many more than we ever expected!). 

Like this last hiccup, when Chinese Customs unexpectedly held our final shipment for 8+ days. In fact, we still have not received it! So, we had our factory rush to send us another batch (which arrived today) to get these last orders out.

We’ve learned from all of these challenges and we see they are quite common when launching and distributing a new product. We worked constantly to solve the issues and send the rewards to you, who so enthusiastically supported our initial design project.

With the encouragement you have given us and the lessons we have learned, we’re excited to design our next product (we'll keep you all informed).

We're thrilled to tell you that 85% of Kickstarter TidyTilts have been shipped (10,500). All remaining TidyTilt shipments should go out by Friday. This final batch from the factory was meant to arrive last Monday, but has been stuck in customs in China. We've tried our best to expedite the clearance process and will send them out to you as soon as they arrive.

We're also excited to tell you that we presented our TidyTilt entrepreneurial experience at the Design Strategy Conference in Chicago yesterday. Also, this week we are graduating from our Master of Design program. Besides TidyTilt, we are also completing final projects, giving presentations, and attending graduation functions. If you've sent us a message and haven't yet received an answer, we'll get back to you as soon as this crazy week quiets down.

We want to thank you all for your support in making our first product. Your pledges wowed us - 12,500 TidyTilts as rewards, many more than the 500 we originally anticipated.

Let us give a few “hints” to using TidyTilt:

1. Sometimes when TidyTilt first comes out of the packaging the folding panel is a bit stiff and opposes the force of the magnets. You can just flex the panels back and forth a few times to increase the material's flexibility.

2. When folding TidyTilt into kickstand position, be sure one edge of the panel (where the stronger magnets are located - not the middle joint), is against the edge of the metal frame.
