About this project
Dorkbot Chicago needs a video projector!
In our experience organizing Dorkbot Chicago, we've found that the one piece of equipment we almost invariably need for every workshop, lecture or artist talk is a video projector. We've been borrowing+begging projectors every month from different sources, but it would save us a lot of trouble to have a dedicated Dorkbot Chicago video projector.
We're looking at projectors in the neighborhood of $350.
About Dorkbot: The idea of the international dorkbot network is "people doing strange things with electricity" and meeting in informal, friendly environments to discuss their projects. These projects could include hardware hacks, New Media Art projects, creative code, circuit bent musical instruments or wild DIY garage science
Dorkbot Chicago meets on the last Thursday of every month at Enemy.

I like to make games about friendship, partnership, community, and the playful, distracted state of mind that many people call "daydreaming."
