C.C. Richmond is the boss. She continuously fights the good fight for the six women under her employ. Whether it's finding the perfect match for her less-than-flexible-kinky-hungry client, protecting her staff from the dirty wanderers with their dirty pasts or indulging in a monthly birthday luau for her girls while dressed as a pineapple, C.C. performs her duties with tact and love. Who knew that a company of women could find such harmony in such delicious chaos every day of the week. C.C. is The Madam. Welcome to her brothel.

"The Madam" will be a multi-camera 30 minute comedy taking place at The Foxhole, and shot in the same vein as Weeds, Hung, and United States of Tara.

Creator, Rachel Axelrod, has had the idea of "The Madam" in her curly head for years. After taking a sitcom class with the amazing talent that is Nana Mensah, Tisola Logan, Darcy Fowler, Laura Malone Hunt, Brigid Boyle, and Vanessa Hollingshead, Rachel decided that it was time to take the improvised scenes from her living room to a fancy set with some fancy cameras. The seven girls, (a.k.a The Cat Pack), came together, added ideas and in doing so have created something that will be a future award-winner for any cable network.

The money raised will be used to shoot four teasers directed by comedy maven Jodi Collins that will help showcase the concept to the industry. With these teasers we will be able to gain exposure through the internet on such sites as YouTube, Funny or Die and Facebook, to name a few. The teasers will also be placed on DVDs to be distributed amongst agents, producers, networks and studios.

And, yes, we will do it in alphabetical order. No, but really, in all seriousness, we are going to win an Emmy.
