Update #33: So We Are So Close....
We posted this update over on our homepage as well but wanted to make a special stop here at Kickstarter.
Over the last 10 months the film has gone through a few rocky patches that have certainly delayed it longer than we had expected but we've persevered through and the wait is almost over.
We just had a wonderfully successful ADR session with the immensely talented and beautiful Jennifer Russoli (Yolanda) as well as the Master of Sound Design Matthew Everson. (Sound Design -Elimination). One last ADR session to go and the film will be done!!!!!

Update #31: Score
Hey all, I know word has been a little scarce the past month but I just wanted to give a short quick update on where we are.
I just got done listening to the score, written by the immensely talented Thomas Gamble, and it's beautiful. It has a magical and sweet quality to it that just helps lift the film up even more.
We're almost there, I promise! Next update will be a few stills from the graded pass in a few weeks!
Update #30: No-Good Maxine Update
Probably own an update. Haven’t been on for a while. The film is in the hands of our grader (Michael Back – DP extraordinare), our sound mixer (Dante Buonocore – A Man of Many WORDS) and our composer (Thomas Gamble – Score-rific). My job, other that supervision is essentially done. However, a lot of the guys are busy on other projects at the moment.
The timeline we’re hoping for is to have a early-to-mid May premiere gala. Stay tuned.
As many of you know we were delayed a wee-bit do to a cancer illness in the family. We appreciate all the well-wishes and the patient is actually doing well up to this point.
More soon, promise.
Backer's should be getting phone calls soon. And any of the other amenities that we currently have and can distribute as well.
Thanks again to all of you have supported this enormous project.

It was a long weekend as we shot in the out-of-the-way culvert action of Hillsborough and then the next day high tailed it down to Pittsboro and Allen and Sons BBQ. 5 days of shooting are down, 4 days to go. This weekend we're back at the culvert for the final time.
