Yesterday we shared 2 back to back Arts & Dreams workshops for teenagers in the Bronx. Patricia and I, along with Zyambo Phillips who came to help out with a workshop in November and has been coming to nearly every one since then, told these teens that everything they've been through is not a liability. Our experiences become our strengths. We can use them to help others.
These are some of the beautiful affirmation paintings the kids made yesterday.
