Lylas Family Espresso, Bringing Family Fun Times Together Again

We Are  Located In North Seattle.

We Are In The Midst Of Rebuilding The Family Community In This Part Of Seattle.

Several People In The Community Have Stepped Up Their Involvement In Other Other Shops In The Area As Well.

In The Past 15 Years We Have Strived To Make This Part Of Seattle A Family Friendly And Family Safe Area.

This Is Now A Part Of Seattle That You Will See Mom And Dad Walking Down The Street With Their Children On Any Given Day.  

Our Goal Is To Expand To 5 Shops In The Next 3 Years As Well As To Have At Least 2 Drive Through Locations. To Provide A Safe And Friendly Work Location. 

Our Coffee / Espresso Beans Will Be Provided To Us By Cafe D'Arte, A local Roaster Here In Seattle And Will Be Our Exclusive Brand.

The Location is on a high traffic flow location of 90th and Aurora, with over 30,000 motor vehicles passing per day.

Residental Housing Surrounds The Shops Location, With A High Traffic Flow Of Foot Traffic.

I have spent the past 4 months prepping this location with repairs, paint, permits, espresso machine, and venders. I have also built a pre clientel list of customers who are ready to start using this shop for their daily coffee purchase.
The short term goal is to open the doors in 2 weeks , and long term to have 5 other locations with in the next 3 years. Further locations may be stands, or other shops

Fun Work Envirmoent For All Our Staff.

We Want To Incorperate The Coffee Shop Enviroment With
Family Fun.

Our Vendor Will be Installing 3 Upright Video Machines,
2 Pin Ball Machines, 1 Pool Table , 1 Juke Box, 1 ATM
Machine.

We Will Also Have Free Wi/Fi, And Morning Time
TV For News, Traffic Sports And Weather.
Our Seating Cappasety is Currently Set For 12 People And
This Will Change As We Grow.

We Will Be Using Cafe D'Arte Espresso Blends Exclusivly
And Our Staff Will Have Full Knowledge Of The History Of
Cafe D'Arte And Trained On The Proper techniques Of
Making This Blend Of Espresso

Lylas Has All Permits That Are Required By The City
Of Seattle, As Well As The State Of Washington. Reseller
permit, Hazard 1 Food Permit, L&I, Business License, Our
Haz 1 permit will eventualy move up to a hazard 3 so we
may later serve fresh prepared food products.

So To Recap, We Are Building Our Family Community Back Up And Lylas Is Set To Be A Family Fun, Family Safe Location. A Location For Mom And Dad To Bring The Family And Enjoy Some Good Old Family Time Together. Lylas Is Also Set On Providing A Good Safe Work Enviroment, With Proper Training For The Individuals Who Are Just Interring The Work Force. Our Goal Is To Spring Board 5 Or 6 Future Locations Off Of This One Location And Build A Family Strong Work Force From Our Local Community.
