Kickstarter

Gator Blue BBQ started as an idea five years ago while living in Florida.  Developing a new style of barbecue unlike any other was the main mission.  

Our goals are:

• To launch a new taste that has never been developed before but to use an old style of preparing proteins. 
• Create a smoke flavor by slow and indirect heat cooking method instead of traditional grilling and adding smoke flavor additives. 
• To allow the patron to taste the quality and flavor of the smoked proteins prior to adding additional flavors from traditional barbecue tomato based sauce
• To promote tastes specific to three regions of the country: the Northeast, by a heavy molasses, tangy spices, and beer; the South, by its robust spice and citrus sweet combinations; the West, by its intense heat and Hispanic influences. 

We are seeking funds to partner with a local food supplier and manufacture to distribute our sauces and meat samples to the local famers markets, local grocers, and restaurants in the area.

These funds will be used to create a website, marketing materials, food supplies, other miscellaneous supplies, and the sub-rental space to create our sauces and meats.
