Spread the word...
Hi everyone. In an effort to gain greater exposure we've released a new short video that gives an immediate feel for the combat and realism of the physics. We realise that many of you would rather see more on other aspects of the game, we are working on further updates and videos. This seemed like the best way to capture peoples' attention and help us attract further backers for a successful Kickstarter campaign.
Help us spread it, on Youtube and anywhere else!

While I hope the finished product looks a little less marionette, it wouldn't trouble me in the slightest if it looked exactly as it does now. I love the approach you're taking with the animation and combat systems and can't wait to play around with it.
Above all I love your art direction; weapons, armour, character and environment designs are fantastic! I'm thrilled you're not overdoing them the way everyone else is. Current works by so many other developers are so stupidly stylised these days. I'm thrilled your effects seem to emphasise subtlety and realism. Thank you and good luck!

I love it when the guard gets blasted into the market stall.

Everybody has an opinion and it's impossible to satisfy everyone. Mine is this is awesome.

Updated my pledge based on this video!

While it looks graphics and physics looks awesome, the characters movements, seem like puppets on strings which is a little off putting. I hope that is tweaked as the project continues.

@Jack Keys:It will definitely be interesting if the character tends to fight like this at the beginning and as they get more skilled in areas related to fighting become more stable in their stance and accurate with their blows. Also dodging (if this is part of the gameplay) and parrying a less skilled opponent would then cause them to go off balance allowing you to strike them to the ground and finish them.

Looks very promising. The animations do look a little goofy right now, but I trust the animation system will be refined before release. The physics simulation has tantalizing potential.
Creator Reed on November 5, 2012
Will 'stability' be some sort of stat or something that will be able to be increased?
Creator Chris on November 5, 2012
Looks awesome, I'm excited.
Any chance of shields? Be nice to see a "sturdy" stance and blocking a shot.
Creator Chica Chica on November 5, 2012
hopefully the controls are easy to manage, seems like that'd be tough to get right.

Aawwwww yeah. hope we can get way past that goal
