Glad to hear guys. I'm working on Little Knife and the sci-fi drone right now and have several other minis in the pipeline. As I mentioned in the last update I'll be working on something cool very shortly. More to come in the next update.

My Effigy figures arrived today! Great little miniatures with fine detail. One day I might find time to paint them, once my children actually sleep. It would be nice if other backers sent in pictures of their painted figures.

When the tool moves off I'm putting putting the tool in a thin amount of Vaseline (petroleum jelly) I have on my hand. Water works great as well though. When I use water I like to have a small dish with a piece of foam, like the ones that come in blister packs. This helps the tool from getting to much water on the surface which can get under the putting and make it harder to work with.
I am very pleased with my Kickstarter experience so far and while I won't be doing all new releases here I do have some projects in mind that Kickstarter will be perfect for. Don't worry I'll be sure to let you all know.

The first 5 figures look great and it's interesting to watch the sculpting process. When the metal tool moves of screen, are you dipping it in water?
I'm looking forward to hearing your plans for Effigy. Are you planning to stick to a couple of lines (sci-fi/fantasy) or expand into other areas? Do you think you'll be launching new figures through Kickstarter? It seems like a good way to get the word out and reduce the upfront costs.
I'm also looking forward to hearing the stretch rewards. It might tempt me into getting a resin set or two!
