a new film directed by Lee August Praley with a script by Praley and Steve Diubaldo, and a soundtrack from Joslyn Jensen
"nothing is fun anymore"
nothing is fun anymore. is a new film directed by Lee August Praley following Donovan (Steve Diubaldo) as he traverses the rocky end of a relationship. A hapless, post-graduate twentysomething, he decides to half-heartedly follow his childhood dream of becoming an astronaut, taking the phrase "amateur" to a new level. He seeks advice from his narcissistic best friend Carter (Lee August Praley) and avoids his ex-girlfriend Grace (Joslyn Jensen, Mar Del Plata "Best Actress", Florida Film Festival, 2011 Debut Performance award) while he discovers what it means to be a human lost in space.
With a screenplay by NYU Dramatic Writing Graduate students Praley and Diubaldo, and an introspective score by Joslyn Jensen, the film is a comedically heartbreaking story of lost love, lost opportunity and the childhood dreams we just can't let go.
