About this project
Help us fund and promote our new (and first full-length!) album! We’re a completely DIY, as-yet-unsigned band that’s been together since 2009. This means we book, promote, manage, write, produce, release and fund everything that we do ourselves. It’s hard work but we believe in this music, and we couldn't have come this far and accomplished what we have without all of you.
In order for us to take this next big step, we’re asking for some much-needed help. Recording, mixing, and promoting an album is a surprisingly expensive process that is often out of reach for independent artists. Anything you can give will help. We promise to make it worth your while- we’re going to promote the hell out of this thing, and we’re really hoping to open some new and exciting doors, and take this train as far as possible!

We're recording at Decibelle Studios in San Francisco's Noe Valley and are working with top mixing and mastering engineers to make this album sound full, lush, and rockin’.

Vandella was formed in mid-2009 in San Francisco and draws their inspiration from motown, classic rock, and modern-day indie rockers like Fleet Foxes, Rilo Kiley, and Band of Horses.
