Casting/Synopsis
We just finished casting this week and have released the synopsis!!!
Synopsis:
Kristy is struggling to solve a programming problem for Lucy, the female android she has been working on for the past several months in her apartment. After throwing a tantrum in frustration, Kristy ultimately solves her problem and turns Lucy on for the first time. At this point, we are now transferred into the world through Lucy’s perspective. Through the process of booting up, Lucy encounters visual memories of Kristy, as she analyzes the world she has just entered. Objects around the room float up and explode into particles as Lucy’s artificial intelligence fires on. We climax as Kristy, wearing a dress and make up, enters the scene and removes a window off of a wall which reveals to Lucy that herself, and her world, are fake. This triggers more explosions around the room until it all settles down, and we end on Lucy opening her eyes for the first time.
