Become a Friend of Portland Sunday Parkways!

Portland Sunday Parkways brings BIG FUN to your neighborhood with miles of traffic-free streets to walk, bike, skate, roll your wheelchair, street ski, jog and so much more.

We're adding more activity and more miles and more neighborhoods. And we need your support.

Each Sunday Parkways costs about $95,000 to fund neighborhood outreach and community organizing, all those barricades and signs, managing the hundreds of volunteers at each event plus keeping it safe with Portland Police.

It's a huge job to make sure everything is ready from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the 20,000 participants enjoying each event!

Here is where you come in. We have identified very generous Friends of Portland Sunday Parkways who will match the first $1,000 we raise.

And you get some fun stuff if you give too.

The money we raise with our Kickstarter campaign for Sunday Parkways from people like you will go toward supporting our specific efforts to increase our reach into those communities who may not already know and love Sunday Parkways. Through our extensive network of over 350 community organizations and places of worship, we will contact as many of these groups as we can to get them invested and involved in these community connecting events.
