This is my first solo project. It can only be described as eclectic bluegrass. This self-produced, eleven song album will contain both original songs and covers of some of my favorites....ranging from Ernie Ashworth's "Talk Back Tremblin' Lips" to a grassy arrangement of Boston's classic, "Hitch A Ride." I am playing acoustic and electric guitar, upright bass, drums, piano, and singing. Guest musicians are Stuart Duncan - fiddle, Paul Franklin - pedal steel, Kym Warner - mandolin, Chase Foster - fiddle, Ron Block - banjo, and Tommy Emmanuel - acoustic guitar.
While entering the final stages of recording, I will be using Kickstarter to raise funds for the completion of the project. This includes photography, song licensing and copyrights, mastering and final printing.
I am very excited about starting a volume of work. The move to Nashville has held many great opportunities, as well as obstacles for the completion of this album. In addition to hard copies, it will also be readily available for digital download through iTunes, Amazon, and other major distributors.
