Update #12: THE HOLIDELIC ALBUM IS ALMOST HERE!!!
Hey Beautiful People!! Just wanted to drop some news down your chimney. The artwork for the album is finished. It is so HOT you're gonna GAG and want to do the bump with the first person you see! Our designer Mikiodo did such an amazing job. He created a new logo and stepped up the whole look and feel of Holidelic. "Papa's got a brand new bag y'all." The artwork was sent to the factory yesterday.
The actual record was mixed last week by the incredible Mark Plati who KILLED IT!! Everything from the thumping bass to classical woodwinds, from the sangin' funk angels to the 70's string section, and from our funky drummer to the names of the merited KICKSTARTERS, sounds so beautifully bad ass!
The masters were done by the amazing talent Tom Durack who was responsible for the sound of the famous B52's recording of "Love Shack." Wait til you hear THIS partay! He turned them in tonight and they get shipped to the factory tomorrow morning.
Now all of the elves are busy getting your swag together, and making preparations for a our record release date on Black Friday, and our run of shows Dec 17-20 at New York's Joe's Pub. Don't forget to order your tickets in advance from www.joespub.com or call 212-967-7555.

Update #11: Holidelic Update!!!
Hey Holiday Freaks!!!
In the past couple of weeks I have been recording live horns, strings, background vocals, screaming guitars in my New York apartment kitchen. Beautifully ghetto! It's going well, and now Im in the final stretch of finishing up some vocals while producer/mixer extraordinaire Mark Plati (Bowie, Deelite, Prince, The Fat Boys) is busy mixing tracks as I finish them. The mixes are coming out super dope, and promise to have a few dance floor booty shakin' Holiday classics!
There are more Holidelic elves busy at work too. Our designer/writer Mikiodo has designed a new logo and artwork for the CD that will go down in history as putting "Bad Ass" into Hallmark.
Celia is busy putting all of your fantastic gifts together. Joe's Pub is clearing out the weekend preparing for the live shows.
We also have some surprise guests that have already committed to the live shows December 17-20th!! We're even rocking a kid's matinee on Sunday December 18th. This Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter, performer and producer has been gracing New York with his multi-flavored art for the past 20 years. A graduate of Indiana University’s School of Music, he is currently the percussionist/singer in the classic Hall and Oates band.
A true renaissance man, Mr. Bradley has done everything from performing and recording nationally and abroad with musical giants like Bobby McFerrin, Jon Bon Jovi, Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder and David Bowie; musical director for Carly Simon, topping the charts in Europe with his dance classic,"I Luv U Baby"; to being the first American to perform and direct the British percussive sensation "STOMP." He was also featured in the indie Academy nominated film “Brooms” which was also a STOMP production. He has co-penned the hit up and coming musical VICES:A LOVE STORY as well as co-writer, co-arranger, Theatre World Award winner and star of the hit musical, "SWING," which won a Tony and Grammy- nomination for best Broadway Cast recording! Everett's first full length CD, AS EVER IT IS, received rave reviews from both Billboard and People magazine and the haunting ballad ”Whadify” was featured in the closing 2001 episode of Dawson’s Creek. His original Holiday CD entitled, "TOY," is a joyous, funky, collection of new Christmas tunes. This self produced album features duets with Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora, siren Ann Hampton Callaway, Living Colour's Vernon Reid and trumpet great Chris Botti.
On the flip side, Everett is also the musical director of Our Time Theatre Company, an artistic home for young people that stutter, where he teaches singing, drumming, and songwriting techniques. He recently completed “LISTEN,”a benefit album featuring the songs written by Our Time kids performed by celebrities. Stay tuned for Everett’s one man musical EV/OLUTION to be staged and performed sometime spring of 2011.
