Update #4: Location Scout Video 1
Here's the first of our location scouting videos. We went to Carolina Beach state park for a couple of hours a few weeks ago and picked up some reference footage. You'll also see various color correction tests and occasionally one of our producers Matt Arnold run through the frame. Matt is right around six feet tall so it gives us a good scale for the size of other objects in the frame.
These areas will be shot as the rear and interior of our fictional island. The areas are more rugged and menacing to contrast our heroes' cozy beach encampment. The location for the camp will be seen in our next scouting video.
