That they be given the opportunity to re-ignite the skills of old long held in hibernation and once again join the brotherhood of the Elite. and £43.50 has been "taken"

and £9.5 Limit Theory (that's $15 in GBP)

@Officer Liqua, Yes, there is weregild IRL, but there has to be a way out that is fun, or not too onerous. Fines proportional to net worth are one way, but that would also require a mechanism to prevent the hiding of funds among friends.
