I was at the local comic shop today and I saw they had Carbon Grey vol 2 issue 1 in the stack under one of the employee's "Recommended Picks". I thought that was pretty neat. I told the owner about the Kickstarter project and he was amazed, he said he had no idea about.
So I think I might have missed the update somewhere along the lines, but I just noticed today as I opened my plastic wrapping that you actually sent us 2 copies of issue one with both covers. I thought they would be like a double cover or something, but wow this is 100x better!

I just remembered that updating a project, even after it's been funded, sends out an e-mail anyway. And if you've turned that off then it tells you there's an update when you're browsing Kickstarter anyway. So if you ever do end up doing future projects you can just put an update on this one pointing to the new one, which will alert all 462 current backers.

Semi-unrelated, but do you think you might be doing future Carbon Grey Kickstarter projects for a Volume #3? If so, I'm wondering if you should put an optional e-mail address section in the survey at the end so you can send out an e-mail years from now to anyone that's interested, telling them about the new project. Would make it easier to find as I typically don't go on news sites that would point something like this out.
