Overdue Update!!
Hello Everyone!!
This is Sarah emerging again after a crazy few months of production! We finished the filming for LIMITS in mid-may, and, thanks to the help and support received from all of you, everything went smooth as butter! My lovely producers, Lili and Jenny, had the set running like clockwork, my beautiful actress Lyndsey constantly had everyone awe-struck and near tears, my cinematographer Daniel made every image sparkle, my assistant director Barret took all of my worries away, and my oh-so-talented classmates and crew members were consistently on-the-ball (thanks, mainly, to the food and coffee provided - one of the many wonders of a well-funded film!)
After many weeks of returning the favor for my classmates and participating on their film crews, I have finally had the chance to dive full-force into the trenches of post-production. With the help of my editing and directing teachers, I am hard at work piecing together the puzzle that we all put so much into creating. We've just had a rough cut screening in my class, and with positive feedback and constructive criticism, I've got lots of ideas as to how to make this movie worth everyone's while.
I want to thank you all not only for your support, but for your patience. This whole movie-making business is quite a task, and I'm doing my best to devote every ounce of energy I have into it. Who knew this Hollywood thing was such a workout?! We'll be screening the final version of the movie on August 24th in Warner Brothers (say what?!), and shortly after which you will all be receiving your promised copies and memorabilia from set. I'll be sure to post another update as soon as everything is polished and ready to be shown!
Off to the editing lab now. Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer!
