Due to the number of requests that I have gotten from all over the world (literally), I have decided to offer STEMRACKs for sale directly on my website www.stemrack.us. Please let any of your friends know that they can get their own STEMRACK in 2-5 days, and that it is a perfect fit for the new iPhone 5.

Hello backers - By this time all of you should have received your STEMRACKs ( with the exception of the white and orange versions or those addressees that I'm still waiting on) Please read and understand the instructions and note the following:

The foam rubber base is glued to the ABS rack and will hold up to normal use, do not try to pull the foam away from the rack, as it will damage the foam. 

Once you determine the optimum location for the o-ring bands, slide the retainer bead to one side, that will minimize the chance of losing a band, ( see the main kickstarter photo for an example.)

The velcro strap should be long enough for most bikes. Make certain that the center of the foam base is right on top of the handlebar/stem intersection. Be sure to really press down hard on the neoprene while cinching the strap. If you need a velcro extension strip of 3" let me know and I'll drop one in the mail for you. I have included one in the last 100 or so that I shipped out after I recieved some feedback. I will make the strap 1" longer for future production. 

I have had alot of interest from folks who missed out on the Kickstarter debut asking if I would be offing them on my website and the short answer is only in 12 packs for dealers to resell at this time. Hello Backers - Here's what's going on with the project:

The injection molding process was not as smooth as I had anticipated, needed several revisions to the tooling and as a result a couple of weeks were lost. There are some minor design changes to the rack i.e. the ends of the T cleats needed to be radiused and some other slight modifications were made. The good news is that the tooling is finally complete and production should begin Monday 6/25. Manufacturing of the rubber bases and stamping of the neoprene is well under way so once the racks are received assembly and shipping will commence. The bottom line is I expect to begin shipping July 2nd. Everyone's STEMRACK will be in the mail by Friday July 6th.

 I know that I estimated June delivery so I do appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. Once again, thanks for all of your support and I hope that you'll be happy with your STEMRACKs.

Well, we made it ! I must admit the entire Kickstarter process can be exasperating. I want to thank everyone who believed in STEMRACK. Thanks to the Kickstarter community for the support and feedback. It's really exciting to know that STEMRACK will be shipped to 10 countries including Sweden, The Netherlands, Spain, Japan, The United Kingdom and more ! Special thanks to my friends and family who really came through for me, I really do appreciate all your help. Thanks to all my Facebook connections for getting the word out and for your support, I could not have succeeded without you. 

As you can see, all of your credit cards have been charged so there's no turning back now ! My intention is to begin shipping in 3-4 weeks. I have begun production of the rubber bases and neoprene pads. The tooling for the ABS mold is on order and should be ready soon. All of the rest of the components are here, waiting for final assembly and packaging. I will keep updating you all until shipping has commenced.

Once I begin building an inventory, my plan is to offer STEMRACK only in wholesale to Bike Shops. I am asking for your help to further promote my product. Once you receive your STEMRACK, please show it to your local bike shop. I intend to price it attractively for dealers to make a good percentage of profit. Local Bike Shops are vital for a healthy cycling community and they need our support.
