About this project
Hello, and thank you (sincerely) for taking the time to peruse through our Kickstarter page. We are a Buffalo based indie rock band called the Tins. We have been given the opportunity to make an album with acclaimed rock producer Joe Blaney (he has worked with the Clash, Modest Mouse, Prince, and many other exceptional artists). We've recorded four songs already (through a loan that is currently being paid off), but (surprisingly) have insufficient funds to complete the album. Joe is the right producer for us, and with you, good looking and wise pledger, we can finish this project. $8,000 is our goal. This is the bare minimum we will need to pay for studio time, production costs, and mastering costs (all at very low prices because we are poor and people give us breaks). If for some stroke of good fortune we surpass our goal, extra pledge money would be used to get a tour mobile that won't break down as easily as our 94 Chrysler mini van (which we will give away for a $10,000 pledge... another good deal). Help us make the best darn album that we can!
