A yearlong story of a 24-year-old Taiwanese girl about love, work, family and friendship.
Jan 1, 2011, my younger sister started her diary project "Maymay's 365" by taking a photo everyday and sharing it on Facebook. Every photo is attached with a few lines of captions and her emotions.
August 2011, 8 months after Maymay launched her project, I moved 6,500 miles away from Taipei to California. Despite of the distance and huge time difference, Maymay's 365 always bridges the enormous gap.

At the end of 2011, the 365 pieces of photos had turned out to be an authentic vivid diary and a fascinating story book of a 24 year-old girl's daily life in Taipei. It is chronological, truthful and delightful. As a loyal reader and part of the story, I started to think about the possibility of turning Maymay's 365 into a real book.
To make Maymay's 365 photo album into a real photo collection book, we started this Kickstarter project. The fund raised by Kickstarter will be used for production expenditure, including printing the hard-copies, translation and editing. We will incorporate the original and authentic captions of every picture in the book. As the captions are in Chinese, I will get it translated into English so that the book will be captioned both in English and Chinese. Your support will help us make the book into reality.
