WHAT IS THE OHM?

The Ohm is a meditation and relaxation aid that invites the user to focus his/her breathing on gentle waves of vibration in the palm of their hand.

You can allow your body to relax with concentrated breathing.  Holding onto the smooth egg shape and feeling light vibrations to support your breaths will help make a dramatic difference in your day and in your mood.  Use the Ohm for relaxation, stress management, for an energy boost, or meditation.  The Ohm will help eliminate the distractions and allow you connect to your inner self. 

Many people need help concentrating on being present while taking a few deep breaths. The ohm works by vibrating in different waveforms that are easy to feel in the palm of your hand and therefore easy to concentrate on.  You can control the frequency of the ohms vibrations by taking a comfortable breath while holding down the button on the ohm.  Release the button once you've done a full cycle of inhaling then exhaling and the Ohm will now be matched to your breathing rate.  The Ohm will gently pulse as you breathe in and out.  There are different types of waveforms built into the ohm so you can decide what type of breathing technique is best for you.

The Ohm is especially useful for learning meditation. It will help relax the user and clear the mind of clutter from the days frustrations.

HOW THE OHM WORKS:

The Ohm is very easy to use. It has only a single button that can control a variety of functions. These functions include: Switching the Ohm on and off, changing the mode, adjusting the frequency of the vibrations, and adjusting the intensity of the vibrations.

Pressing the button once will initiate Mode 1 on the Ohm. This is a square wave pattern of vibrations. 

Holding the button down while in Mode 1 will adjust the frequency of the wave pattern. This is how the user can set the pulse rate of the Ohm to match his or her breathing rate. To customize the frequency of the Ohm the user should hold the button down and begin 1 breath cycle of inhaling then exhaling and release the button when finished. The Ohm will now vibrate in tune with the users chosen breathing rate.

Another quick press of the button will cycle the Ohm into Mode 2. This is a sine wave pattern of vibrations. 

Again, holding the button down while in Mode 2 will adjust the frequency of the wave pattern. 

Another quick press of the button will cycle the Ohm into Mode 3. This mode is not intended for meditation, but is available in order for the user to change the intensity of the vibrations.

Holding the button down while in Mode 3 will adjust the intensity of the Ohm's vibrations.  During the time a user is pressing the button in Mode 3 the Ohm will cycle from the minimum intensity to the maximum intensity vibration. Releasing the button when the Ohm reaches the users preferred vibration intensity will lock it into memory for the other Modes.

Another quick press of the button will cycle the Ohm to OFF.
