To the next phase!
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping our project reach it's goal. Without all of your support, we would not be making this film. Now that the money part is over, we're moving on to the production phase. Our first day of shooting is June 29th, we'll try to keep our facebook page up to date with pictures and fun facts.
Kickstarter rewards will be coming to you after our production wraps at the end of the summer, or early fall. More info to come.
Our Gumbo truck interior is being designed as we speak. It looks incredible!

Only 6 days left!
Friends and Family,
We have only 6 days left to reach our goal of 7,000.00! As of now, we are just 824.00 dollars short. It's incredible that we have made it this far, and we're all extremely humbled by your generosity. If you can help us get the word out during these last few days, we know we can push our funding over the edge, reach our goal, and make this film a reality. We begin our 22 day straight shooting schedule in one month, and things are really starting to ramp up. Remember, if we don't hit the 7,000.00 mark, we don't get any of the money, and the film won't get made. Please share the Kickstarter link on your social feeds and help spread the word. It means everything to us!

Reminder and Thank you!
Just a reminder to all of you wonderful folks, the money you've pledged will not come out of your bank account until our project is successfully funded. Meaning we have to reach our 7K goal in order for the process to go through. You will be notified if/when that goal is reached and the funds are withdrawn from your account. Thank you a million times over for supporting this project. It's getting close, we're about 6 weeks out from shooting and we have just begun casting and locking locations. Very exciting! More updates to come as the projects nears.

Very sad news.
Friends, Family, and Colleagues:
First off, thank you so much for your donations. The support our first week of the campaign has been overwhelming, and we are 22% towards our goal of 7K. As many of you know, the staple of our production is a gumbo food truck. We purchased this truck May 3rd, and instantly fell in love with it. The evening of May 4th, the van was stolen, seriously putting our film in jeopardy. Recouping the cost of buying a new van is going to be very tough, and will pull our already tight budget even tighter. We are reaching out to you to help spread the word even further about our production. Please send it to your friends, family, and parents (parents are the best, aren't they?). We all feel a little on the ropes right now, but we are sure to bounce back from this with your support. It's been a challenging weekend, but no one said this would be easy. We are optimistic and looking forward to moving on with the project.
