Who, What and Where
Hello, I’m Eddie and this is Olivia. We have started new coffee company on Maui, in Hawaii, called Aloha Coffee Roasters.
We specialize in cold press coffee, custom labeling, and - soon - coffee roasting.
Eddie and Olivia
Olivia and I met while teaching English in South Korea.
We traveled all around Asia and loved visiting all the street venders and mobile carts.
Back in California we enjoyed the growing number lunch wagons and food vendors at farmer’s markets and around town.
We both love coffee and our favorite shops are always the ones which roast their own beans in house.
We put the two together and came up with the idea for a Coffee Roasting Cart.
What!?
We have built the world’s first Coffee Roasting Cart, which is a technically a mobile food establishment (aka lunch wagon) featuring a professional coffee roaster.
We will be selling coffee drinks, fresh juices and healthy raw foods across the street from a popular beach as well as festivals and special events around the island.
We have great line of coffee already in stores and have made several custom designs for friends, family and business.
The cart is permitted and licensed. The roaster is half paid for.
What We Need Money For
We need your help to pay the balance on the roaster and buy a truck to pull the cart.
With additional funds we will rent a storage facility and purchase a power supply.
What You Get
In exchange for your pledge, we offer the following products and services in special subscription packages and bulk quantities. You won‘t find better deals or higher quality custom services anywhere else.

We offer Fresh Roasted Coffee from Hawaii and around the world. Your coffee will be delivered straight from our roaster to your door within three days, arriving at its optimal freshness.
Our roaster, a Diedrich IR 2.5, comes with automated software for precision roasting, which we will customize to suit your taste.
Our coffee comes in 2 oz gift bags and large quantities.
The coffee labels feature attractive Pin-Up Girl designs.
They have received tremendous response and are available for sale in several shops around the island. We plan to offer quarterly seasonal designs as well.
The larger bags are self-standing thick foil resealable zip pouches with air valves for degassing. You can re-use them to store dry, liquid, frozen and even hot steaming goods. These bags maintain their shape unlike standard ones, which get crunched down and distorted. This makes them perfect for display and custom labels, gifts, and promos.

As a special Kickstarter incentive, we include free Custom Labeling on large orders. Simply send us a picture, title, and message for the back.
Custom labeled bags make the perfect gift for special occasions such as holidays, weddings and birthdays.
They also serve as promotional tools to advertise your business, product or special event.

Finally, we offer a delicious Cold Press Espresso, which we hand craft in our commercial kitchen.
It is 70% less acidic than normal espresso, which allows the full flavor of the beans to really shine through and, oh my goodness is it strong!
It stays fresh for months and is far more healthy and economical than all those over priced sugary chemical energy drinks.
Cold press espresso is not available anywhere online or in stores.
