Update #13: ...not looking good
Well with 40 hours to go on the campaign and about 42 grand still needed its not looking too good.
Needless to say if anyone knows of any big hitters willing to pledge at the $500 or above region now's the time to send in the big guns. Thanks for everyone's support and kind words of encouragement over the course of the project, but after the better part of the last 5 years trying to get this up I fear its days are numbered...

Update #11: 23 days left... we need help!
Hi everyone.
With 23 days left in the campaign we need help! Particularly in the higher end pledge department. If anyone knows anybody that might be in a position to pledge at the $500 or above pledge level I think that's the only way we have a chance of making it over the line in the remaining time.
Similarly if anyone is in a position to increase their pledge level that would also help greatly.
Spread the word - let's bring this home! Thanks everyone!
Update #10: More pledges coming in as a result of Armageddon
After a good weekend getting Cosmos out there to the masses, it's brought in a few good pledges, but still a long way to go if we have a chance of reaching our goal in the remaining month. We need a few "high-rollers" to pledge at the upper pledge levels. I know you're out there somewhere!
Update #9: Armageddon Weekend Success
The Clone Troopers agree, a successful weekend at Melbourne Armageddon Expo sci-fi convention showcasing Cosmos. Around a Thousand dollars in pledges and handed out many hundreds of flyers and business cards to over 25,000 sci-fi fans which we hope will translate into many more pledges before the deadline.

Nick has over 20 years professional experience working in the film and TV industry in various roles including camera operator, Director of Photography, producer and director. Nick has directed independent films, commercials, corporate videos, documentaries, dramas and comedy for broadcast TV. He has worked on over 20 short films, two feature length Films, has directed a pilot for a potential new sci-fi series and most recently DP'd a pilot spin-off of Channel 10's police drama RUSH. Nick has a reputation for delivering high quality work and his uncompromising belief in striving for the best standard possible.
We'll keep at it. Its just frustrating when so many people tell you how much they like the pilot, and yet we cant seem to catch a break of any kind getting the show made.. Do that for 4-5 years and its easy to become cynical. :)

Well, I see lots of promise here. I get an interesting fusion of vibes, including elements of The Last Starfighter, Farscape and mebbe a touch of Red Dwarf.
I do hope it goes forward...
