Calling all D&D: The Animated Series fans!
The date of completion has changed from August 2012 to September 21,2013- to commemorate the series' 30th anniversary.
Expect some recurring characters- and a few other surprises- in the finished product.

We re-produced some scores by ear. Some we didn't re-produce because we couldn't with the instruments available. Most of them are produced by World Class composer Johnny Douglas (1920-2003).

I read your comments and from what I could tell, you are a long-time D&D fan. Thanks for the kind words. Regarding the girls' voices and Bobby- We agree. We've already had a voice actress for Diana - since my voice read, she's recorded all of her lines. As for Bobby and Sheila, I have contacted the original voice actress, Katie Leigh- she voiced Sheila and Bobby in the radio play. From the tone of her reply to my message, she is not likely to reprise the roles. The other person I contacted, whom I felt would be a great replacement (lisabiggs dot com) hasn't replied.

A possible 'Uncut' version for 'Requiem'. Maybe someone can pass the word around about such a thing. My only concern is that the episode should be as keeping as true to the original style as possible. The original 'Requiem' was never created, so an 'uncut' version would have to exist after the original, IMO.

It will be quite a process laying all your voices onto the music and sfx, but we think that can be done.

Nay to 3D. The whole point of this project is to recapture the look and feel of the original and overall nostalgia... And that's exactly what this guy is doing. And fair play to him, too. Keep it coming!

Thanks for the George de Luca compliment, but this isn't his... He's doing a film in 3D. This is a regular cartoon.

In this and several others, I just spliced the plain music straight from the show- complied from bits of all 27 episodes- a very tough thing to do (which is not recommended). However, where that isn't possible, I've composed the music from scratch- you'll know whether Johnny Douglas (the original composer) composed it by watching the end credits.
If I composed the score, however, you'll see it in the credits, too.
