Whoa - November! Who saw that coming? Island Forge has been operating smoothly for quite a while now, and new players sign up every day.
My schedule is always full this time of year, which is good, and I will be making progress on the next tier rewards soon.
In addition, I am reading everyone's comments on the forums and have an impressive list of potential features and enhancements. I also have some site streamlining in mind, to make it easier for new arrivals to get into the game quicker.

My goal is to have the new membership system up and running this week. I don't want to be too specific yet, but Island Forge will have a free-play mode as well as non-subscription membership, which was the #1 request of this Kickstarter campaign.
I'm holding off on fulfilling the membership rewards until this is done, because there will be some technical changes to the way membership is implemented.
The game server has been running continuously since Aug 3, under its heaviest load ever. This update does have some gameplay/server logic impact, so there will be a bit of downtime. Thanks for your patience!
Reward surveys went out recently. I am also making progress on restructuring my membership options.
The changes involve updates to PayPal, the payment options, the membership software, user account bookkeeping, as well as game server & logic integration. Not that you need to know all the gory details, but I wanted to explain why it's going to take a little longer to get it all worked out smoothly.
I'll provide more detail on the new membership plan soon. Rest assured that everyone with pending membership rewards will be taken care of just as soon as I can.
