Thanks to all of you, I can now move forward with production of the "Bootlegger" film. This is going to be a busy summer.

I'll be filming in Colchester, Macomb, Galesburg, Chicago, and Omaha. I'll be gathering photos and newspaper images from the Archives & Special Collections at Western Illinois University. I'll be meeting up with author John Hallwas to shoot the film narration. 

Thankfully, I am not doing all this alone. I am happy to announce that some amazing and talented people have agreed to help with the project:

Have you heard about The Game of the Year (see flyer)? It is an unbelievable coincidence that this is happening in July, during "Bootlegger" production. Needless to say, I will be in attendance with my camera. Please contact the Western Illinois Museum for more info. Leading up to the event, I will be giving a presentation at the museum with John Hallwas, about Kelly Wagle and his era. More details to come.
