UPDATE: If we surpass the original $4,000 goal, that will be even better! It will allow breathing space within the current budget, and additional opportunities for the project. That includes speeding up the album release live show in your city!!
WHAT: I want to create an album with you! It will include 13 of my most elegant, tender and fun songs yet. We have until August 17th to raise the $4,000 that will bring this project to life. I'm recording it in Athens, GA, at Studio 1093 with a live studio audience, who will be part of the magic of what gets recorded! Here's the song list, as of now:

I'm recording with Michael Steele on guitar and bass. He is amazing. There will be a few jazzy/bluesy songs, some lyrical ballad types (of course), and even my first country song!
WHY: I am creating this album in honor of the Earth. It is dedicated to loving the Earth, loving each other, and living in greater balance. The songs are not specifically about the Earth. They're little morsels of my experience over the past year and a half since I left California - sometimes delicious, sometimes bittersweet, but always a chance to grow and remember that shine and sparkle we first came into life with.
HOW: Your donations will make this album possible. $4,000 will cover everything - from recording, editing, mixing and mastering, to duplicating 1,000 copies of the album. Any amount you feel inspired to give will be so deeply appreciated. Your pledges will only be charged when we meet the entire $4,000 goal.
