Hi there ART, PLANT, and ANIMAL lovers,

Will you help sponsor my cross-country ride to the Dumbo Arts Festival in honor of Foxy, the corgi?

I've been invited by the Dumbo Arts Center to embark on an epic journey as part of the Dumbo Arts Festival. I will be towing a trailer that I've converted into a greenhouse filled with herbs and veggies and my corgi herb dog copilot in the passenger seat.

Once parked at the Festival, visitors can take away herbs and veggie clippings from the dog and trailer in my Portable Forest reusable produce bags!

And there will be Salad Time!
During dinner time at the Festival, I will be making salads out of the contents of the trailer. A friend and I will wear riot helmets converted into salad bowls for the audience to eat salad out of.

Later at night, Los Angeles sound artist Chris Colthart and Gold Paint will perform the Portable Forest Anthem and a set list of experimental sound at the project site.

At the end of the project, my car and trailer are to be donated in the name of my corgi, Foxy Magic, who passed last October. She was tragically hit by a car as I watched helplessly from across the street. She was my best friend and copilot in life for a decade. Our last ride to the hospital haunts the passenger seat. This journey will replace that ride, honoring her great spirit. This will be our last voyage together.

Once at DUMBO, she will still sit next to my chair, giving of herself as she always did. She will then return to LA where I will find her a pet cemetery plot where I will continue to curate and produce works.
