I’m an explorer with a global soul. Love to share what I learn along the way. Huge fan of the outdoors, yoga, sunshine, surf, tennis and living with colour.

Born and raised on a farm in South Africa, I took my first flight at 5 days old….:) After 12 years of city living I’m back in nature and living my dreams!

Currently sharing yoga and yoga inspired clothing & events. Taking long walks with my dog Rafa and working on a documentary based on 10 people, from around the world that were sexually abused as children and are THRIVING today, it’s fun, meaningful and gives my life purpose – I love to live by those rules!
