      For what it's worth, I did connect ten minutes late, which may have had a bearing on the problem.

      Thanks spudart! Sorry it wasn't clear on the survey form (I was trying to keep it short and sweet), but yes EVERY BACKER will receive the e-book commissioned from David Horvitz. We have everyone's email and can update them here as well, but will be sending out a download link to you all when it's ready. That said, it is a newly commissioned e-book from an in-demand artist, and so it may be some time before it's ready. We'll keep you posted!

      I am very excited to see this project taking off! I just got my "response needed" email, so I clicked through to fill out my information. I'm a bit concerned that A) The form never asked for my email address for delivery of the special e-book by artist David Horvitz; and B) The form never stated that I was going to get the UPDATE 2: special e-book by artist David Horvitz. The project page says that all supporters will get this special e-book, but the fulfillment form never mentions it, nor the mechanism by which the e-book will be delivered.
