Pencilthin was coined after a nickname I was given for the thin moustache I rock from time to time. I like the precise feeling of a sharp pencil, the lead, the smell of the wood and the creativity and freedom the pencil gives. A gesture, a value shift, a fine line; all combine to become a lasting image.
As a core group of artists, photographers, and moviemakers, Pencil Thin productions takes on diverse projects that push all of its members to challenge and inspire their creative fortitude. As a team, we assemble to focus on one vision, striving for the most authentic expression the medium of movie making can offer.
